Cancellation Policy

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking (not applicable if within 7 days of arrival)
• Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights
  

You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

• Checkout before 11:00
• During your stay
• 5 guests maximum
• No pets
• Quiet hours
• 21:00 - 07:00
• No parties or events
• Smoking is allowed

NO SMOKING IN THE BEDROOMS OR THE LIVING ROOM.

- Please stick to our check-out time of 11am.

- Please turn off A/C units when leaving the villa for any length of time, thank-you.

- Please respect our neighbours by maintaining a reasonable noise level at all times but especially after 9pm.

- Please do not leave the key in the inside of the front door as our housekeeping staff will not be able to enter.

- You may use the pool towels on the beach but please ensure they are returned to the villa.

- Linen is changed every 3 days so please hang your towels up to dry after use on the bamboo dry racks provided.

- For guests getting new tattoos in Bali, we kindly ask people to wrap the tattoos up properly to prevent staining bedding and towels. Tattoo ink does not come out, so guests will be expected to pay the reimbursement cost for any soiled linen or towels resulting from this. 

- The villa is to be returned in the same condition you received it in. This means you are expected to replace breakages to include anything from glasses, plates, soap dispensers to ruined/stained sheets and beyond. It takes time to replace these items so the sooner you tell us the quicker we can get it done for the next booking. We will use your security deposit to replace these items if you don't come forward yourselves with payment.

- Please keep the front door locked at all times. Monthly bookings will only receive housekeeping 3 times a week.
